                  What is a Quality Environment?

We believe that students should not be subject to adverse conditions,  physical or mental.

We do not train outside in the rain.
We do not yell at our students.
We do not shout commands during training or matches.

We teach our students that it's OK to fail.
                  (Yes, you read that correctly).

The Fast Foot Speed environment is not focused on winning.
(Yes, you read that correctly as well).

The environment is condusive to learning by allowing students to improve skills absolutely without fear or intimidation. We encourage students to take chances and experience risk. We challenge students to attempt moves they normally would never consider. Students will fail often in this pursuit and we allow them this freedom. Our students know, they will never be critiqued for losing the ball, losing a match or fumbling a move.

It is a fact that we all have to learn, there are no students born with "all the right moves".

The process of failure is as important as the process of success.

Winning matches, goal scoring statistics and the like, are egotistical based matters.
Fast Foot Speed is only involved with the true focus that is, Long Term Player Development.
Moves based training, speed, dribbling with trickery, confidence, this over rides the statistical team win, creativity is encouraged above all.

We have music playing during training & Panna.
                  Panna, FDS, it's pure , it's technical.
We are all about creativity, excitement, a place where we can belong without the trauma of financial expense.
At match time, students perform at speed and experience many touches on the ball.
Fast Foot Speed tells students to help each other with positive comments only.

Injury prevention is discussed and is emphasized.
Students are taught to play without commiting fouls.
Ideals are taught to students with genuine respect for all.
