The Fast Foot Speed concept:
Learning comes before playing.
Learn how to play by going back to the basics, perform the basic skills correctly, with confidence.
As these simple skills are mastered, the students are free to express themselves as players.
Matches will never exceed 4 vrs 4.
We use a small ball only.
We will play this ball in a variety of applications.
Notably, Futebol de Salão and Panna.
The Fast Foot Speed System is based on the following types of Football -
Panna. (size 3 traditional beater ball pumped up hard).
Futebol de Salão or FDS "the original Futsal". (a size 2 FDS ball with reduced bounce).
Futsal. (size 3 regulation ball).
Many famous South American players and others from around the world,
will openly admit, they became great players due to their youth involvment with Futsal, Futebol de Salão and Street.
